Deleting your TapyTales account

Your account is yours to close whenever you like. Here's how to do it, and exactly what happens to your data when you do.

Delete it yourself

The fastest way — it takes under a minute:

  1. Sign in to your account at tapytales.com/account.
  2. Go to Account → Settings.
  3. Scroll to the “Danger zone” and choose Delete my account.
  4. Type your email address to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your customer profile — name, email address, phone number, and saved addresses.
  • Your sign-in — you will be logged out everywhere.
  • If you have placed orders, your personal details are redacted from the order records rather than the records being destroyed — we’re required to retain order records for tax and legal purposes.

Your tracker data

Your baby’s logs live in the TapyTales tracker at app.tapytales.com. To make sure those logs are also removed, email support@tapytales.com from your account email and we’ll confirm complete deletion of your tracking data.

Prefer email?

Send a message with the subject “Delete my account” to support@tapytales.com from the email address on your account. We’ll process the deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation once it’s done.
