Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Prices are shown in your selected store’s currency — you can switch regions using the selector in the site header.
Processing & delivery times
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, and are shown as an estimate at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the options available.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also find tracking details anytime under your orders when signed in.
Damaged, lost, or delayed packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details. If your tracking hasn’t moved in several days or your package appears lost, email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
